Background:

As a metabolic engineer specializing in synthetic biology, my primary responsibility involves mapping the field and identifying unmet needs within the biotech and agtech ecosystem. Additionally, I am tasked with the inception of commercially viable applied projects that address these unmet needs. These projects aim to leverage cutting-edge technologies to develop solutions with commercial potential, thereby fostering technology maturation and commercialization. My role encompasses a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape, pinpointing gaps and opportunities, and initiating projects that align with market demands and technological advancements.
